Thai Street Noodles
Main Ingredients
½ - 1 lb of Chicken or Beef
1 bag of rice flake noodles
1 cup of broccoli or small head
Marinade
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp white pepper
Sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Method
| Gather Batter ingredients | |
| Soak rice noodles in hot water for a 15 -20 minutes until soft | |
| Slice the chicken into bite size pieces | |
| Chop the broccoli | |
| Make the marinade First mince the garlic Combine all Marinade ingredients in bowl and mix | |
| Combine Chicken with marinate and let stand for 10 -20 minutes | |
| Get ready to make the magic happen Gather all your ingredients next to your wok Heat 2 tbsp of oil | |
| Fry Chicken until done | |
| Add rice noodles | |
| Add Broccoli | |
| Add Sauce and fry until evenly coated. Be gentle to avoid mashing the noodles | |
